Galloway NJ Fresh 48 Session| Atlanticare Mainland Center for Childbirth

Oh how I love fresh 48 sessions! My specialty is posed newborn sessions done in studio and as related as it sounds regarding taking photos of newborn babies, the mood is SO different! You’ll see baby M’s newborn photos in another post and it’s a completely different vibe. His mama found me on Facebook and booked his session a few months in advance and once she told me he arrived (fashionably late!) I headed on over!

The benefit of fresh 48 sessions is you still capture that hospital newness without the uncertainty of hiring a birth photographer. I am still on call and won’t go on vacation around my clients due date but there is some flexibility and a few hours notice before I head over for their session.

What I love most is the lifestyle documentary feel of these sessions. Just watching mom + dad and their new family of three. There’s little to no posing required because capturing the family in their element and awe of their new baby is all I need!
