New Jersey Mermaid Cake Smash Photography | First Birthday Photoshoot

Today’s New Jersey cake smash photography session features Miss Kylie! Her first year flew by so quickly! Mom said she wanted a mermaid theme and I handled it from there. I just adore how this pastel mermaid theme came out!

All first birthday photography sessions include timeless portraits, as well as “headshots” which I’ve become known for! We love these classic black + white headshots that are so simple but show off baby’s features and capture them in a way you’ll cherish forever. Parents love to purchase a framed collage with 9 of these photos in them to display in their home.

Kylie was already walking so she definitely made us work for these sitting & smiling photos and they came out perfect!

All sessions include use of our clawfoot tub to clean off and get some cute “splash” photos after they get messy from their cake. Wardrobe is included as well as a family shot if you’d like one.
